Paul Lalonde has overseen AlphaDelta’s digital, print and media communications since the firm’s launch in 2015. He is the founder of Lalonde Muller Digital Strategies, a marketing agency specializing in the financial and technology (FinTech) sectors.

Paul’s career has been focused on communications, copywriting and content marketing. In 2008, Paul was a Senior Writer in the Cabinet Office at Queen’s Park, but when the October 2008 financial crisis hit the markets, he was recruited to join the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) and help bolster communications on Canada’s regulatory reform initiatives. In his three years at IIROC, he oversaw developing the regulator’s first annual report and communicating new investment rules.

His professional background also includes positions as an Investment Writer at a Silicon Valley marketing agency, a consultant at the International Business Ethics Institute in Washington DC, and a policy analyst with two national industry associations: Canadian Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Vehicle Manufacturers Association.

In an extensive 25+ year career, Paul appreciates the relationships, collaboration and mentoring opportunities he has encountered as instrumental to his professional growth.

Paul has completed the Canadian Securities Course. He graduated with honours from the University of Ottawa and earned a masters degree at Queen’s University.
